My hands

My Father many years ago on more than one occasion told me that I had hands like butter clappers. It came back to me because over the last few weeks with all the hand washing ive spent more time looking at my hands and I can see his point. Over the years they my hands have taken a battering, when I was younger I used to punch my bedroom door in anger. My then Gp pointed out that I was deffinately going to get arthritis in my hands. So true. They have lumps and bumps on my fingers and one has trigger finger. I used to unload containers, hauling around 50 kilo bags, by the end of the day my hands would be like claws stiff and hard to move. Ive painted and decorated and ended up with carpel tunnel. Ive had the release done in both hands. Finally to add insult to injury my knuckles to my finger joints are red and sore my palms are sore and cracked. No amount of hand cream can fix this. Washing your hands, im not so sure its a good idea. But honestly I will keep washing them. I promise
